Steve, from time to time I peruse your blog. I am an Ultra runner. You and I have a lot in common by having had great fathers growing up. My dad was at my latest 50 miler when things started going south and I had to DNF after 30 miles due to ITB. He was still so proud of me, although I wanted to throw up from not finishing.
